Impinger® Dual-Tech Finisher (DTF). Combines our patented AIR IMPINGEMENT with high-intensity infrared heating elements to achieve superior bake times and crispness. This dual-technology allows the DTF to cook up to 2 times faster than conventional air impingement and up to 4 times faster than convection ovens. The DTF also boasts a cool-skin technology that keeps the exterior cool to the touch.
