Description:
Gas Fryer has a 35 pound frypot with a 30-40 pound oil capacity. Produces 65 pounds of French Fries per hour from frozen to done. Fryer has cold rolled or stainless steel fry pot available. Open-pot design, no tubes, easy to clean. Deep cold zone, 1 1/4" IPS ball-type drain valve. No burner tube radiants to burn out, no cleaning or adjusting air shutters. 7 to 10 second response time. Natural or LP Gas. CSA and NSF Certified. Casters optional.
