Free Standing Hot Food Server. Manufactured with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior for durability and easy cleaning and an aluminized steel interior for even heat distribution. Each drawer has almost a cubic foot of holding capacity (8 dozen rolls). Each drawer features adjustable locking vents to control humidity with its own infinitely adjustable heat control and large, easy-to-read thermometer with clearly marked "critical food holding zone" for pin-point, safe food warming without continued cooking. Fiberglass insulation on four sides for efficient operation. Rugged, positive-closing drawer design balanced for stability when fully open. Sturdy stainless steel drawer rails and bearings give years of smooth, dependable use. Drawers are provided with stainless steel pan liners that accept standard 6" full, half, or third-size pans (not furnished). Standard pans may be used with or without liner pans.
