Description:
Cook, Hold and Smoke Oven. Single comp. oven with 20 gauge, non-magnetic stainless steel exterior and door. Door has positive-catch door latch and a 12" x 16" tempered glass window. Oven has completely removable, non-magnetic stainless steel side racks, wire shelves, a removable s/s drip pan with drain and a wood chip container. Oven comes furnished with an exterior, front mounted stainless steel drip tray and 1 sample bag each of cherry, hickory, apple & maple wood chips. Controls include 1 ON/OFF power switch, oven thermostat (100® to 325®F.), a 12 hour cooking timer, a hold thermostat (60® to 200® F.), and 1 smoking timer. Control features a power ON indicator light, and indicator lights for: Cooking, Holding, Smoking. Double (2 stacked) available. One 767-SK smoker stacks with a Model 750-TH-II Cooking and Holding Oven or a Model 750-S Holding Cabinet. Each oven is equipped with a voltage conversion switch, (208 V.A.C. to 240 V.A.C.) at installation. Specify right-hand or left-hand door swing (right is standard). 5 Year limited warranty on all cook and hold heating elements (Excludes Labor). 100 lb.
