Description:
Electronic Cooking and Holding Oven. Single compartment oven with 20 gauge stainless steel exterior. Stackable design for additional capacity. Microprocessor control with easy to read LED displays remaining time and a full range of operating parameters. Cook time adjustable up to 24 hours. Eight programmable menu buttons reduce operation requirement to loading the oven and the push of a single button. The operator can also use the manual button to set individual programs - and all programming can be used with food probes to sense and display internal product temperature, or without probes with a display of internal oven temperature. Right-hand door swing is standard. Left-hand doors are available as a special order. Specify temperature readout in °F or °C when ordering. Oven is also available with a cook limit of 250°F (121°C). Specify at time of order. 5 year limited warranty. Casters optional.
